How far in advance should I book a colour appointment?
We recommend booking colour services at least a week ahead, and arranging your skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, every colour and cutting service includes a complimentary consultation, so we agree the result together before we start.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
Call or message the salon and one of our stylists will talk you through the right service for your hair and budget.
Can I bring inspiration photos?
Please do. Photos help enormously with colour and cutting consultations, especially for balayage and highlight placement.
